Commercial liens are simple, cheap and take little time to prepare. They need no court action or judge’s approval, but can be very effective. The idea is to use the Government’s weapons against them; the commercial lien, which is authorized both by the common law and by Title 15 of the United States Code (USC), is reportedly the same lien the IRS uses to take Americans’ homes and cars. This potent tool allows the average citizen to enforce accountability, or punish the breach of contract, of any elected official. Report.
